Conclusion
In the first module, you learned the legal concepts required to understand what constitutes psychological and sexual harassment. Equipped with this knowledge, you now know how to recognize potential harassment and step in as a leader. The complaint process unit was particularly helpful in defining the scope of your role as manager, so you don’t overstep. Now you know what you can and can’t do and the tools at your disposal to help you in your role.
The second and last module focused on prevention, with specific techniques you can take back to your teams to foster a healthy, harmonious workplace. Diversity and inclusion have huge strategic and social value, which is why we spent the last 2 units covering these important topics.
