Wildfires: Emergency Measures
In a spirit of compassion, Beneva has implemented emergency measures to facilitate access to certain care and services for plan members affected by the wildfires currently raging across the country.

Drug refills
Beneva allows pharmacists to accept early refills for prescriptions drugs lost or forgotten during wildfires.
 
Psychological Support Services
The Beneva Wildfire Assistance Line (1-800-387-4765) offers up to 3 hours of immediate and confidential support to all Beneva insureds affected by these wildfires. This service is provided free of charge in collaboration with TELUS Health.
We are closely monitoring the situation on a national level and will keep you informed of any changes. In the meantime, we invite you to contact your usual contact person for any questions.
