Who can be a member of APER?

  • Managers, full-time or part-time, in a health and social services establishment or similar organization
  • All those whom working conditions are governed by the Regulation respecting certain working conditions applicable to managers of agencies and health and social services establishments (decree 1218-96)
  • Those who exercise, even temporarily, manager functions
  • An manager must not be in a dispute with his employer at the time of his application for membership
